By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as modified by Taste Orange from time to time. In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our and “us” means Brand Orange Ltd t/as Taste Orange ABN 29 134 947 596 of Suite 4 Level 1, 230 Summer Street ORANGE NSW 2800 and “you” and “your” means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply
of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

By purchasing tickets, you make an offer to us to make the ticket purchase based on these Terms and Conditions.

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you can not place an order with us. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age. If we suffer any damages or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who placed the order(s).

PURCHASING / BOOKING TICKETS
Taste Orange attempts to describe all events/tickets as accurately as possible, however Taste Orange does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Some of the events sold on the Taste Orange website may be organized and managed by third parties, Taste Orange accepts no responsibility or liability for these events. Taste Orange has the right to cancel or change details of events that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur Taste Orange will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes. There will be an additional booking fee charged on all event bookings of 1.75%. Tickets may only be used for the event which is stated on the ticket.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Tickets will be posted to the address which is supplied upon booking within 5 working days. If a booking is made 3 working days or less before the event, tickets will be available for pick up at the event. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST PRICING & GST All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated on our event listing.

PAYMENT METHODS
Taste Orange accepts credit card payment via Mastercard or Visa only.
