The Borenore Trail Group invites you to take a short drive west of Orange to meet the local people and to experience the history and diversity of our district.

Visit vineyards, orchards and an olive grove and see what’s on offer at the original Borenore General Store. Stay in friendly,stylish accommodation. View exhibitions by local artists. Taste gourmet lunches by our resident chef. Sample and purchase local produce, wine, cider and olive oil. Tour a historic homestead on the famous Cobb & Co coach route, for a trip back in time. Pack a picnic and be adventurous exploring the Borenore Caves.

	2. Blacksheep Inn Black Sheep Inn is a 100-year-old woolshed converted into unique and stylish bed & breakfast accommodation, on the doorstep of Orange.

	6. Orange Mountain Wines Terry & Julie invite you to taste award winning,traditional, hand crafted wines at the cellar door. Wines include CharVio (Chardonnay/Viognier), Viognier, Pinot Noir, Shiraz/Viognier, Cabernet/Merlot & Mountain Ice.
	7. Borenore Public School Borenore Public School provides quality education in small classes by highly qualified staff. Students experience a safe, caring and family orientated school where they become confident, educated individuals.
	8 The Borenore Store The Borenore Store regional wine centre, café & the original general store has been serving the local community since 1884. Offering the widest selection of local wines, drop in for fresh coffee and café style food, 6 days a week.
	9. Australian National Field Days An annual event showcasing the latest agricultural machinery, implements, ideas and services over 3 days in October, as well as fashion parades, wine tasting and art exhibitions.
	10. Small Acres Cyder Small Acres Cyder produce a range of premium alcoholic ciders made with the fresh juice of cider variety apples, and drawing on the traditional methods of authentic cider production. Situated in the foothills of Mt Canobolas, 10km west of Orange.
	11. Meadow View Orchard Gourmet Condiments and Fine Food. Apples, Pears, Stonefruit, Tablegrapes, figs.
	12. The Old Convent Old convent in a rural setting. Redesigned for accommodation with cafe open for Sunday brunch and lunch. Other functions by arrangement.

	15. Borenore Caves Explore the caves and have a picnic lunch among the trees of the Borenore Karst Conservation Reserve. Cook your snags on the free gas BBQs and bring a torch to explore the Arch Cave.

	17. Barton Creek Wines and Cafe and Nyrang Homestead Nyrang Homestead is a magnicent country mansion offering unique accommodation on a grand scale and is home to Barton Creek wines, a boutique vineyard that creates sensational wine varieties that are not to be missed.
	18. Boree Cabonne Homestead Tours Stroll through the park-like gardens of Boree Cabonne and then take a guided tour of the homestead, which has been in the family since it was built in 1896 – followed by a delicious home cooked morning or afternoon tea.
